Round One with the 16kg KB:
Left Clean x10

Total Time: 11:30. The goal was 20:00 but I was beat and my left arm had about enough.
Round Two with 16kg KB:
Two Hand Swing x10
Front Squat x5
Two Hand Swing x10
Reverse Lunge x5
Reverse Lunge x5
Two Hand Swing
Times were" 2:10/1:55/1:51/2:57 apparently I needed a rest/2:52 apparently I need another rest
Roller & Stretch: 20:00
Thoughts: Whew.... left arm was tired out by the end of the first round... pretty good today... lotsa sweat.
