Sunday rest and results..

Well, after a week off, I was nervous about weigh-in and measurement.. but I didn't do too poorly - I lost 2 more pounds and according to my calipers I have lost 2.78lbs in bodyfat and gained .81lb in lean mass. My measurements are a little strange - my chest measurement is staying the same, and the under bust seems to have increased (two weeks ago I measured myself, so it may not have been as accurate, my hubby measured today so it should be more accurate). I think the incrase is because my lats are getting wider, i feel like my back is responding to the new routine and growing (hopeful). My biceps are back up again :) waist stubbornly the same, hips down, thighs the same (swollen today, LOL) and calves stubbornly the same (monsters).
Well, take it where it is givenm right? Lost fat, gained mass, no drastic increases in measurement and I had to get rid of some of my favorite workout pants because they looked ridiculous due to being too big. Hurray!
