Sunday - tired and off-schedule

1/2c oats
smart balance, sugar twin brown
1 egg, 4 whites, a little turkey sausge

12:30
1/2c cilantro rice
3.5oz grilled chicken
lettuce and salsa

3:00
crystal lite, 1 scoop isopure
1c popcorn

banana

6:00
1 1/2 salmon patties
smear lite mayo
asparagus w/lemon juice, drizzle olive oil
sm purple potato

9:00
3 oz turkey breast

Really tired today - no workouts, feel like I am fighting off a cold. Muscles feel flat and tired.

Things I did right today:
1) Grilled chicken breasts and roasted a turkey breast.
2) Napped, big time.
3) Took it easy..planned my workouts, charged my ipod.
