sunday weigh in

soooo..... its sunday again. weigh in day ....
weight = 350.8 ... daughters bday dinner obviously decided to burst my balloon this morning. mid-week i was at 350.6. ok. i know its just .2 # but still i was reaaalllllly wanting to break that stupid 350 mark. but im gonna look at the bigger picture of where i had 4.6# of loss this week and 20.4 so far for the year.. i'll take it! and i also lost 2" off my hips, 1" off my calves, 1/2"off my waist, and 1/2" off my thighs. so in one way my losses are just baby steps but in retrospect of the whole picture (and with all that has happened this year)  a good start this time around. not to mention i'm back on my bike again! and next sunday that 350 mark WILL be broken.

this coming week i'll incorporate the routine i formed here with my at home pt execises. will look to change up the yoga routine some...find poses that stretch more of my body over all and less focus on back issues. push for greater focus on my intake....had a hard time eatting on the new schedule and giving up the carbs and caffiene (momma seriously needs a diet coke in the am)

so off to the lake for good long afternoon swim. the perfect follow up to this mornings yoga. not to mention there wont be too many more lake days to come  :(
