Ok I know it is probably too much information but I have a little problem! ........I have a sweaty Bum!!!
Laugh all you want everyone in my house thinks its funny
I have been doing my workouts with enthusiasm and I am at the gym working hard and then I look in the mirror and realise that I have sweat marks on my bum. Now I know everyone sweats but it is not an attractive look I am telling you. In fact I feel really quite shamed by it.
i have tried different pants and different undies but nothing seems to get rid of my sweaty bum. I am scared I am going to be the laughing stock of everyone at the gym if I can't sort this out!
Any suggestions on how I can tame the sweaty bum I am all ears!!!!

Take it as a sign of strength and will power! Sweat means you're working hard (or in a sauna)!! I wear dark colored shorts and use a towel on the machines I work on to eliminate those beauty stains. lol I hate standing up from a machine and seeing my butt mark on the seat. lol I get sweat marks under my chest if that makes you feel better. lol
