T Minus 6 days!

1st entry! I am getting geared up,  to start my journey of getting my body back! I used to have a six pack, and well....Now I don't! I'm ready to feel healthy again, and feel like I'm in shape. I coach basketball, and have you ever tried to keep up with 5 nine year olds, running up and down the court?? My workout starts in 6 days. There is a reason for this date, or else I'd start right now. I will be doing a regular workout on differen't body areas Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, and doing Cardio on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday! I will need help with the diet and nutrition, as I have never been good with that. 2nd entry will come after day 1 is complete!
