Taking some time off.

Just wanted to let people know that I will be taking a couple of weeks off from strength training to allow an elbow to heal up. I was doing reverse curls with a barbell and tweaked something in my elbow. Medical advice says to give it some time to heal. I will be doing a lot of treadmill work and some legs for the next couple of weeks to see how it goes. Just wanted to let you know I wasn't quitting just a different focus for a while. It was also advised to me not to do reverse curls with a bar but use dumbbells next time.
