Technically a day off but...

Was supposed to meet a girl from work at the gym...well, she was supposed to meet me. I was going to work with her to prepare her to join us in the mornings. She didn't make it, so I kind of just did whatever. Started with bench press, 4 sets. Some seated leg tucks between sets. Nothing too exciting. Worked shoulders--up and down the rack with rear delt flys and side laterals. Did a few sets of front raises. Thought to use the leg extension machine, but I hate the way that makes my knees feel especially since they've been bothering me anyway. Did a few reps then quit. I did two sets of the swiss ball leg curls and ab crunches on the swiss ball holding a med ball. Stretched good and that was it. I really needed to get to work early today. Not sure if I worked hard enough to earn my starchy carbs but I ate them anyway (oatmeal) with some eggs. We had accreditation surveyors here all day so I had to eat quick. It would be frowned upon to be seen eating at our desks. Inhaled those eggs.
