Ten Thousand Swing Challenge - Day Four

Includes KB Press/Swing Four Week Program

Start: 6:56am
Finish: 8:00am

Warm Up: 5:30

Tuck Jump Burpees: 2x10

Ladders:

Minute One:1 C&P each side
Minute Two: Swings
Minute Three: 2 C&P each side (but only one clean)
Minute Four: Swings
Minute Five: 3 C&P each side
Minute Six: Swings
Rest: 90 seconds

I did this five times and totaled 265 swings.

Roller & Stretch: 13:30

Thoughts: This is a good challenge. Will likely have more swings tonight with my class. At this point I have 8422 left. I did 20 last night.

    Likely a bit of a delay as I've hurt my hamstring. Boo.

    Well, I have until the 31st to finish them off... so, I guess kinda front load the month and see what happens towards the end January.
