Terrific Tuesday...

I was afraid I was going to miss today. After my workout yesterday I started feeling sick and ended up going home and spending the day in bed. Fortunately, by the evening I was fine, so no excuse for not getting up this morning. Actually, it was great...missed a day of work without missing a workout he he! Yeah, I would have felt much worse about missing the workout.
10 warmups each of reg, narrow and wide stance, no weight
Barbell Squats: 4 sets, 15x105,12x105,10x115,8x120
Sumo squats: 3 sets, 12x75,10x80,8x85--even though the weight feels light, in this position I still feel a little unstable coming back up, so I'm afraid of going too heavy.
Sissy squats; 12x0,10x10,8x10
Front squats: 12x75,10x75,8x75--for some reason these felt hard today, didn't feel like I could handle any more weight. Still, it was a solid workout. I always feel so good afer these heavy duty lower body workouts.
