Todays workout was at the gym. A little different, and shorter than usual.
5 min on treadmill..light run
4 sets on asst pull up alternating narrow grip and wide grip. 8X80lb
4 sets bench press 10X45 / 8X55 / 8X65 / 6X65
3 sets of leg press 8X90 / 8X180 / 8X270 (felt like a beast with 6X45 plates loaded up!) I could have actually handled more--me big strong girl (;
2 sets hyperextentions mainly to stretch out excessively tight back and hammies!
Little bit of ab work then stretching to cool down.
Ran into hubby at the gym, which is why my workout was shorter than usual. We went to Wendy's afterwards for lunch and I had a taco salad (chili + salad--no dressing, no sour cream, no taco chips) it was yummy!
My hubby has decided to quit drinking for a while so this should help me immensely (other than while I'm on my cruise, but without him there, I'll be pretty good) It'll be interesting to see what we do to entertain ourselves this weekend because it typical revolves around dropping into our neighborhood pub.
Only 4 days till my vacation with only 2 days of work left....woohoo.
Will be running 5km tomorrow morning.
