TGIF! short workout today

I had a meeting that ran late this morning so I got to the gym a bit late. I have another meeting at 1;30, so I'm quickly chowing down my lunch following a short but good workout. My swim last evenening went really well. We finished with a 400 race speed free, which almost killed me, but boy did it feel good when it was done!! here's what went down at the gym

Very quick warm up on treadmill ~3 min max

seatd cable rows 3 sets 10 60/70/70lb
BB press 4 sets 10X45/8X55/8X55/6X55 (going to work these up)
SL DLs 4 sets 10X45/8X65/8X85/6X85
wide lat PD's 10X60/10X70/10X70
rope tri pushdowns 3 sets 10 50lb
finish with some ab bridging and then stretching to cool down.

Was at the gym for about 40min

Looking forward to the weekend. My hubby has decided to substantially cut down on his drinking (he actually quit for 3 weeks) This should help me be good as well. I know we'll go out for a wee bit after work and I'll limit myself to 2 glasses of wine and that'll be it for the weekend. I may swim on Sunday and I'm running tomorrow morning with my running buddy (supposed to be f'n cold!)
