Bike: 20:00 - 7.12 miles - 118 cals

C&P and Pullup Ladders: 3 ladders of 3 rungs with the 16kg.

Roller & Stretch: 17:00

Thoughts: Hip Flexor is still sore.. was going to try TGUs, but opted out.
