TGUs

Start: 7:10am
Finish: 8:01am

Warm Up: HKC with 1x10 DD and 1x5 pullups - 13:30

TGUs: Naked - 3/side - 5:00

Roller and Stretch: 28:00

Thoughts: Five pullups have become challenging.. not happy about this.

TGUs seemed to loosen things up a tad. Was a bit stiff and sore from a KB Workshop I hosted.
