Start: 7:05am
Finish: 7:51am

Warm Up: HKC - 1x10 DD and 1x5 Pull Ups

TGUs: 12kg - 5:55 - 3/side

Roller and Stretch: 23:00

Thoughts: HR hit 138 on the TGU.. My hip became a bit sore today. I wonder if I pushed stretching too much today. Did IMS on Tuesday. I hope this issue goes away.
