Start: 7:05am
Finish: 7:53am
Warm Up: HKC - 1x10 DD and 1x5 Pull Ups - 13:00
TGUs: 12kg - 5:42 - 3/side
Roller and Stretch: 24:00
Thoughts: Hip didn't feel too bad during the TGUs... a pinch here and there, but nothing major.
IMS tomorrow.. that should be fun.
