TGUs

Start: 7:06am
Finish: 8:00am

Warm Up: HKC - 1x10 DD + 1x5 Pull Ups twice - 14:30

TGUs: 12kg - 6:00 - 3/side

Roller and Stretch: 27:00

Thoughts: TGUs at times a tad shaky. Hip didn't feel too bad today. Later on or tomorrow I guess I'll find out. Still felt as though I had some reps in me, but again, figured it's better safe than sorry.

More IMS tomorrow. I really would like to do more at the gym.
