Start: 7:11am
Finish: 8:01am

Warm Up: HKC - 1x10 DD + 1x5 Pull Ups - 13:00

TGUs: 12kg - 6:30 - 3/side

Roller and Stretch: 25:30

Thoughts: Came in with a bit of sore hip. Feels about the same upon completion. I wonder if total rest is on order for this thing for a bit. Stress reduction would be good, too. I need to eliminate some stress.
