Thank Heavens the Holidays are OVER

Now I can get back to eating like a normal person. I actually had someone yesterday tell me that I've look like I've gained weight and how much have I gained, totally totally mortified. So the first thing I did was run to GNC and get some Zantrek-3....yikes

I changed my cardio routine a bit today and must say that I was impressed. Usually, when I do interval training I go high intensity for about a minute w/ a minute cool down, this time I did super high for 30 seconds w/ only a 30 second cool down. I liked it because the 30 second cool down wasn't enough to actually cool down, I could only do 12 minutes of sprints...actually could have done longer but my heart was pumping out of my chest.

Incline Barbell press... 45/15, 65/12, 65/12
Giant set Flyes w/ another machine I don't know the name of and ball crunches... 30/12, 35/12, 40/8 drop set 30/4...super 70/12, 70/12/70/10..ball crunches, 15 slow middle and to each side 3x
Flat bench dumbell press... 50/15, 50/12, 50/12 w/ super of abs
more abs with 2 sets of push ups
