Monday, October 11th, 2010 - Thanksgiving Day Workout

Start: 3:37pm
Finish: 4:07pm

Warm Up: 4:30

Manmaker: 16kg bell for 12:00

Work: 20-35 seconds
Rest: 30 seconds

Stretch: 9:30

Thoughts: Not too much.... this was a last minute decision to do these.
