Thats better!!

Went for a jog today but had to cut it short because my knee is playing up, still made it up that hill though, and it did burn.... In a good way,  moved up to the advanced workout and that felt heaps better i was'nt feeling like i had done much after the intermediate one. Ate the first piece of steak i've eaten since christmas, it tasted soooooo good had lots of vegies and a little bit of mashed potato which was really naughty, did extra reps to make up for it though. Will start with smaller more regular meals tomorrow, so, YES BETTINA YOU HAVE TO EAT BREAKFAST!!!!! and except the fact that coffee IS NOT breakfast!

    Everything in moderation. A little mash potatoes is OK - especially with the first steak in two months! Awesome work! When I was in my 20s I gave up red meat for a year (only way I could stay away from fast food) lost over 100lbs. But I sure do enjoy a nice porterhouse! And Me too with the coffee! It is my vice. I dont smoke (quit 9 years ago) and I dont use drugs- so coffee is my love. I have cut back on the "caffinated nectar" but I wont give it up, I wont, I wont, I wont!

    Great Job! I know...I hear ya on the coffee. That is going to be tough for me, but I think it's best to give it up! I rarely eat breakfast either.
