The Beginning

Well, I started my exercise regiment today.  Feeling pretty good, but a little lazy.  I'm going to try to work on a set schedule.  I don't want to overdue it.  I'll have to create a schedule to fit my study habits and when my boyfriend isn't home (I can't seem to study or exercise when he's here...just don't tell him that.)

I cooked smothered chicken, greenbeans and rice yesterday.  I ate the rest for dinner tonight.  I know I wasn't supposed to eat that before my work out, but it was really good.  But from now on, I'm going to try to eat healthier with smaller portions.  :-)
