The Beginning

Well today was the start of my 12 week program to gain mass! I injured my back today carrying some boxes down to the basement causing me to slip a rib in my back but I went and did my workout anyway. For my pre-workout I slammed a scoop of Advocare's Spark (mango strawberry) and a scoop of Advocare's Mass Impact as well as Advocare's Catalyst to get the ball rolling. I started today with legs and calves and it actually felt great. My back didn't really act up much but I did take it somewhat light. Cannot wait for my marks to increase throughout these 12 weeks!
