The beginning

So just found this site and excited to have these tools to keep on track with My exercise and nutrition antics :)

I am in my mid 30s and mother of 2. I have always been fit however in the past 2 years haven't had the time to get out and do as much exercise as I'd like.

I have approximately 7kg to loose esp. around my stomach and have been looking at doing a hole lot of new types of exercises hat I have not yet tried.

As an endurance runner I think I will always go back to running but would like to change it up with strength exercises on top of the running.

I have enrolled in Palates classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays so now have enrolled on the cardio and exercise ball programs on this site so looking forward to getting started!

As far as the diet side of things go.... I do try to eat healthily and like most I'm sure, eat well during the week but come weekends enjoy a glass or 3 of wine and good food,and tend to over indulge over the weekends:( so that is something I know i need to work on changing!
