The BIG 2nd stage

I never thought I would make it to the first round let alone the second, there's always that "yeh I went yesterday and it was alright but today was just shit" feeling.

But I'm soldiering on nicely, even after the first day I'm already feeling the mental benafits and lack of drug cravings due to the obvious lack of boredome being sucked up by the gym. Also without saying too much, my girlfriend found out yesterday I'd got back into lifting and was soo happy we ended up doing what good couples do...ahem.

My main problem is still understanding wtf most of these gym buff terms mean, this website has some really usefull tips on what to do in regards to form and stuff, but sometimes I'm in the Gym looking at the daily FREETRAINERS crip sheet thinking "I have no idea what that means" so I end up doing my own thing.

Also I noticed the workout I'm on is completly ignoring the bicep range but focusing on a lot of tricep and ab work, this is fine, I have no triceps and I add my own bicep workout at the end, but I know it's probably not very effective.
Due to this tricep bias I also start to feel that (even if I am combining two workouts) the triceps are being over worked, I got to the end of my workout the other day and it said "3 sets of 15 reps of Military pressups" I made 6 shaking like a peadofile in a playground.

I definatly need to beef up a bit more before I can finsih the whole workout through and through, also note to self for next time. Learn the lingo before you go.

Gym Days: Mon, Tue, Thurs/Fri, Sat (am)
