Did cardio last night and ate sugar-free chocolate pudding instead of lifting (really tired...)
Just got done lifting now...arms are shaky, hope I don't have to lift a car off of any loved ones anytime soon...
Warm-up, 5 minutes
Dumb bell chest press with a twist on the swiss ball - 15X15 20X15 35X12 40X10 45X8
Superset with Dumb bell rows - 15X15 20X15 35X12 40X10 45X8
Lat pull downs - 70X12 80X12 (last two kind of cheated) 90X8 90X8
Superset with incline dumb bell flyes - 15X15 15X15 20X12 25X10
Overhead dumb bell shoulder presses 15X15 25X12 30X10
alternate sets with rear delt flyes 12X12 12X12 12X12
Burnt out! ut it felt so good to go heavier! I can already tell my lats and triceps will be sore, my shoulders are tired...ahhh. will do some cardio tonight!
