The day before...

I was using the FT free for 5 weeks when I upgraded. Unfortunately, this deleted my other 8 week program and started me fresh.
I was 250.5 lbs on 6-18-07. I am now 242.5 weightlifting 4 days a week, and running 3 days a week. I am up to running 30 minutes (12 min mile) and want to increase that to 45 minutes and 10 min mile.
Tomorrow I begin my FTpro 8 week program. I need to lose my belly badly. I am not opposed to supplements. I am currently using Isopure Zero Carb after working out. I take a multivitamin and fish oil. I changed my diet entirely. No fast or fried food. I quit chewing tobacco after being addicted to it for half my life.
I want to do a complete make over without surgery. I want to run a 10k by next summer and compete in the Police Olympics by 2010.
