Walked the furry cardio king this morning, only 20 minutes, because i was hungry!

Did a glutes, inner/outer thigh, abs, low back circuit while i watched Tv (whattaslacker) It went like this :

With 5 lb ankle weights and an 8 lb med ball -

lying leg lifts, upper leg 15 reps
lower leg lifts 15 reps
leg extensions on back 15 reps
other side leg lifts 15 each
pony kicks 15 each leg,
fire hydrants 15 each leg
lying leg curls, 15 each leg
superman -alternating opposite arm and leg, 15 each
pelvic lifts with medball on hips, 15
sit-ups pushing the med ball over my knees 25

Did the whole circuit 3 times and then did some wood chops with the med ball to work my obliques. not a bad workout...
