The first step
Tommorow i start my first workout and diet plan. I had my second baby 5 1/2 months ago, the fat isnt budging with this one! i have around 7 kgs to lose and ALOT of toneing. Ive started my eating healthy plan today, rolled oats for breakfast, egg whites for luch and chicken breast salad for dinner. Im hopeing to stick to the healthy eating although its not easy with a couple of kids on the go constantly it is easier to just reach for the snack foods but im going to have to break that habit and make time for myself.
