The Good, the bad and the ugly
Well, it's a good thing no one ever said it would be easy. I'm thinking I will post in reverse order and start with the ugly.
The Ugly - The ugliest thing around here right now is the weather. Lots of blizzards this year - then melting - then freezing. All this makes for a lot of ice. My physics/biology lesson for the week is that ice is very slippery. Yes, I slipped and managed to twist myself in such a way that I gave my groin a good wrench. Today I can finally walk with only a slight limp and not much pain but it will be a while brfore I can work on my lower body.
The Bad - In a fit of pain and frustration, I managed to down a pint of ice cream. The injury has as led to a loss of motivation. Conseqently I haven't been doing much of anything in the line of exercise lately.
The Good - I am down two pounds! I have been much more aware of what I put in my fridge and my body. Last night we had 'make your own' Cobb salads for supper and the kids loved it. Now to keep the motivation up. Have a great day!
