The Greasy Sicilian

Start: 7:04am
Finish: 8:10am

Warm Up: KB Warm Up - 5:00

Pullups: 8/6/5/4/7 (max)

Greasy Sicilian:
10 Box Jumps
5 Heavy Swings (32kg)
5 Clean & Press (16kg alternate arms each round)
5 Snatches (16kg alternate arms each round)

Do two minute sets and repeat for a total of ten times.

I took :60 rests between each round.

Each round took me to just under 2:00. I was hoping to at least start another round, but this winded me pretty good.

Roller & Stretch: 14:00

Thoughts: I think I've found one of my weaknesses... cardio... this should have been easier for me. After I'm back from holidays I may up to four days a week.
