The last couple of days
Program Minimum
Start: 7:02am
Finish: 7:59am
Warm Up: ETK - 8:40
Practice: 20kg for Cleans, Presses and Snatches two sets of five - 9:00
Manmakers: 20kg for 12:00 - reps of 20 with a work to rest ratio of 30/30. 240 in total.
Stretch: 17:30
Thoughts: I thought my grip was gonna give out. Overall, it was okay. Really worked up a good sweat.
Debating a fundraising walk for next year. Visited the doc and he gave me anti-inflammatory meds.

Thoughts: Felt pretty good today. Hip seems alright.
