The Me I Want To Be: Day 0
Today is hte day that I have decided to do something about it and tomorrow is the day that it all begins! I am 32 and 5'2" so quite a bit overweight! My goal is to lose20-25kg by ramping up with an exercise program, coupled with a healthier eating plan! I really need to get going. This post is an attempt to keep (and be) motivated by others. Lets hope that i start as I mean to go on...
