The Morning Has just Begun

So far this morning: 20 minutes of Yoga (general stretching), 2 sets of 12 close-arm wall pushups, 2 sets of reverse planks (30 seconds each), and 2 sets of 12 triceps dips, and some dancing to good music.  :)
