Thursday I was sore and cranky again. No workout.
Friday I did my arms and shoulders both....stayed fairly light.
In triple sets:

Saturday was Legs..we stayed lighter because of my ribcage and pain...still worked hard :)

lying DB leg curl 30x12, 30X12, 35X10
squat 105X15, 135X12, 155X10
leg press 270X15, 360X15, 360X15
toe press, calf, on leg press 180X15, 230x15, 230X15
seated calf raise 70X15, 90X15, 90X15
