The sun is out today and I feel so good! I walked the pooch this morning - no running, too icy and treacherous - and got my daily sunshine. What a diference!

Got an mp3 player on sale yesterday , after a considerable amount of time trying to figure out how to put musci in it, I am excited to go for a run and have my music not skip!!!!

Upper body tonight!!!!! I can really tell the difference in my arms from the past two weeks - my shoulders and biceps are more defined and my muscles feel really good and full. I think the creatine is making a diference!
