The Week Summed Up 2/5/07 - 2/11/07
Okay, this week was hectic and crazy, besides being a little out of it, it went well. I didn't get in as much training as I would have liked but picked it up a bit towards the end of the week.
Here it is in a brief summary:
Monday ? Workout was light
Walk/Jog/Run HIIT 20 minutes followed by 20 minute walk.
15 Pilates Abs Training
Wednesday - Workout was moderate..
upper body ? Military Presses 3X12 25 lbs; BB Chest Presses 3x12 50 lbs; DB Lat Raises 3X12 20 lbs; Frt DB Lat Raises 3X12 20 lbs.; DB Flyes 12X10X8 20-40 lbs.
30 Minute Yoga ? 20 Minute HIIT Road Bike (Inteveral levels on hill training)
Friday ? Workout light
Lower Body - DL?s 15X12X10 40-60lbs; DB Lunges 3X15 25-40lbs; BB Squats 12X10X8 50-90lbs
20 minutes walking
Saturday ? Workout moderate
7.5 mile mountain hike at Pt. Defiance completed in 2 hours. No weights today .
15 minute Pilates Abs Training.
Sunday - 40 minutes roadbike training
Diet ? Oh must we talk about this! I didn?t do as well on my dieting this week at all. Despite of a couple sick spells I found that I had lost my appetite this week so I had to force myself to eat which resulted in me not hitting my target goals on most days of carbs/calories and protein. Did significantly better as the week progressed though.
Let?s hope for a more productive week next week, even though once again, with work I am busy as hell! :)
