Third Day into it!!
My rear end is sore from yesterdays workout.. but thats it, I thought for sure I would be more sore!! Got up and did 30 minutes of power walking on a 6 - 7% incline on treadmill. Going back at lunch for 25 minutes of gauntlet and thats it for the day. Feel good although this morning I do have a headache and am hungry already (just ate breakfast at 7:00 AM.. only 9:00 AM now)... I do feel really good though, if I don't lose a total of 10 lbs by next Friday, I will be shocked, I know thats probably too much but I am eating 1600 - 1700 calories a day.. who knows, he may up my calories!!
