This is a longer workout but it was good

I generally feel that I am not working out as hard but I have been listening to what my body is saying and it has been sore after most of my workouts. I really need to focus on form and intensity instead of speed and get out which I have done a good job on this week. I need to watch my form on exercises like the deadlift which I really like.
