Well the puter crashed and then the monitor blew! What could be worse?
Had a great workout yesterday.

Chest
Seated machine flys
Triceps
Tricep cable pushdowns with the rope.
Dips behind the back
Abs
Hanging machine oblique tucks
machine crunches
