This is Not Day One

It hasn't been Day One in years. I go back and forth, trying to start a work-out routine and failing. I'm proud to say that, no matter how many times I give up, I continue to try. And my body just might be in better shape than it's ever been, generally speaking. Toned arms and legs. I can jog 1 mile or so. And (god I hope I'm not speaking too soon on this) I just might make it through the winter without getting a cold, so maybe this routine will not be delayed.
So. What are my goals?
Nothing weight-oriented. I'm already thin. I just want to be toned.
And I want abs, but that might be impossible at my age, with the time and money that I have at my disposal, which is not much. Just a flat stomach for more than a single morning out of the week would be nice.
