machine pull downs(wide grip): 90x12, 130x10, 150x8, 190x6
incline bench: 135x12, 165x10, 185x8
calf raises single legs sets on each: 210x10, 390x10
ab machine: 110x12, 170x10
10 min cool down bike lvl 9 hills did 2.71 miles
Mind: CLear
Body: Chest sore as crap
total effective weight lifted : 24,610 lbs
