This might get boring (if reading someone's workout log isn't boring already)

Just because we are doing Fat Loss I, which is broken down into two workouts, A & B, that just keep alternating. Then I read that we shouldn't workout more than two days in a row. Well, broke that rule, but only because the week started late. Next week we'll do M/T and Th/Fri.

I did go back last night to finish my Romanian deadlifts, since I still don't get that lateral ball move exactly, I superset with db curls (as many as I could do with 30 lb. db--so, not a lot) then did some pushdowns.

Squats: 15x105, 15x105, 15x105 supserset with
Seated Cable Rows: 15x80,15x80,15x80

Swiss Ball Hip extensions (3 sets x 15), superset with
DB Push Press: 25x10 + 25x5, 25x9 + 25x6, 25x8 + 25x7

I know that looks funky--I couldn't quite get 15 done at once, so I took mini breathers and resumed. Is that cheating? I so didn't want to go back to 20's--I outgrew those ages ago and momentum should help me, but I think my focus on balance is counteracting the help I get from the momentum. Oh well. Anyway...be very careful with these! I felt my back twist one of my last reps, first part of the 3rd set I guess, because I had to work a little harder to get one dumbbell up than I did for the other and it threw me off balance. Didn't hurt my back...but did give me a scare.

And where is the rest? I dunno. Got to the gym late because I couldn't find my keys, which had fallen to the bottom of my gym bag where they shouldn't have been in the first place. Then Josie was waiting for me to take her measurements. So, got started about 30 mins. late. I probably will not go back tonight--I want to get plenty of rest for tomorrow's repeat of yesterday. Must get up early and to the gym on time!
