This the start of a new day

Yesturday was day 1, I signed up for this site, I set my goal into action. I want to loose 60-65 lbs by the end of the year. I only had 1 coffee yesturday and for me that is huge. I needed to drink a little more water, but i'll work on that. I got in a great resistence band workout in about 25 min in length with a medium resistence band I feel pretty good. The first time I did the video a few months ago my abs were killing me the next day. This time I feel pretty good my chest is a little sore. (I threw in a few sets of arm extensions waiting for a friend) tonight I am working with the stability ball. Once my foot injury is healed I will be back walking my awesome puppers on his 5km walk once a day graduating to 2x's a day in the spring when the muck n slush are gone. I will take him out a 6am and again in the evening. After the stability ball I may even throw a little Dance Dance Revalution into the mix depending on how sore my foot is. (sometimes its a little sore other days its excruciating) i'm feeling pumped and excited. I really want to keep the momentum going and not let it fizzle out. I think I will dig my old weight watchers points book out and create a food journal and count my points that may help me stay a little more accountable. I can stay within my limitations.
