Three Hundred Rep Workout

Start: 1244pm
Finish: 133pm

Warm Up: KB 4:20

15 Swings
5 Left Presses
5 Right Presses
5 Goblet Squats

Repeat ten times total.

Used the 16kg bell. Took thirty-six minutes. Plenty of rest between sets.

Taking it easy before I move back to the PM for a few weeks, then up to the 24kg bell for the RoP again.

Bring it.
