25 crunches
25 bycylcle crunch ea side

2 sets
single leg squat 10 ea leg
jumprope 1 min

so I'm getting in the swing of things...Im attempting to get some of my weights back from my exhusbands house.I'm ready to start on real weights again. I have been feeling good.
