Front Squats barx10 95x10 115x5 135x5 155x5 175x3
Box Sq 155x3 175x3 185x3 205x3 225x1
Lying leg curls 80x10 90x10 100x10 110x10
Leg press( 45lb plates per side)
5x10 6x10 7x10 8x8 9x5 added 100lbs on top of leg press
for 3 reps.

Highlights:legs are totaly fried and feel great. I will be adding the Fr Sq in for regular rotation now as they ROCK

Lowlights: Wanted to work grip but at 930pm I was too tired damm it sucks getting old.
