Still sore, oh well, caryy on!
I decided to go with a zig-zag on my diet - three days lower carb and one day up.

Today was teh first low carb day, alittle higher in fat.

6:15 1 scoop syntrax nectar

7:00am 23 minutes total, random hills program on elliptical

8:00
1 packet women's health shake
1 scoop isopure
1 tsp olive oil

10:15
1 can tuna
1 scant tbsp lite mayo
1c broccoli slaw, raw

1:30
1 pork chop
1 tbsp walden farms spicy bbq sauce (is there anything they can't do?)
2c broccoli slaw, cooked
mulit-vitamin and calcium supp.

5:30
4c romaine lettuce
lite caesar dressing
1 chicken breast
2 fish oil caps

before bed i will have some chocolate isopure.

Things I did right today:

1) cardio!

2) decided on my dietary plan.

3) reviewed my goals and affirmations

4)paid bills that were due (lowers my stress level).
