GREAT workout...I was able to turn off my distractions...hard to do...was a struggle...

But I did..and found out I'm stronger than I've given myself credit for...

Wide grip pulldown 4 sets 12 reps 60lbs last 75lbs
Seated cable row - narrow grip handle 3 sets 12 reps 60lbs
Standing lat press downs 3 sets 12 reps 30lbs
BB bench press 4 sets 12 reps 75lbs...last set..90 lbs!!
Incline DB press 3 sets 12 reps 16lbs db
pec dec 3 sets 12 reps 30lbs...with the shoulder issue I don't know that I'll ever get this weight up.

Food...going much better..my appetite has returned...but it's different...food is fuel isn't just a chant I'm telling myself lately...sweet tooth..gone..I'm sure it'll come back...but this is a releif...

getting in a mile and a 1/2 on the treadmill every day...somtimes I push it and run it hard...sometimes I just jog along...either way I always get it in..
