We are expected to get 10-16 inches over the weekend.I love the snow, but I have to drive kind of far on Saturday for my CPR/AED class, I just hope it won't be too icy.

Thursday was a pretty good day!I had a lot of energy most of the day.

AM cardio 28 minutes HIIT, 10 intervals, interval 5 and 6 were a minute and a half. Recovery good..

Workout:

Bi's& Tri's
warm-up 3 min elliptical and light extensions/curls

Closegrip bench press 100X12, 110X10, 120X8
skullkrushers 35.5x12, 45.5X10, 50.5X8 (barely)
tripressdown 75X12, 85X12, 95X10
DB curls 20'sX12, 25'sX7, 25'sX8 (not sure what happened there, these are still really tough)
Ez bar standing curls 35.5X12, 45.5X10(barely), 50.5X7 I must have run out of energy, these were sucky.
I think next week i will work biceps first and see if I can't get a better lift.

PM cardio, right after my lifting I did step aerobics for almost 30 minutes.

1/2c oats, smart balance, sugar twin brown
1 1/2 scoops whey
coffee

1/4c walnuts
salmon patty
3 chicken breast tenders
green apple

1:15
catfish (grilled, mmm)
1/2c black rice
1c ratatouille

(workout and cardio)

4:00
PWO shake:
2 sccops isopure
&gt;30g mixed cho
glutamine, BCAA's
crystal light w/anti-oxidants

6:00
catfish (grilled again, mmm)
1/2c black rice
salad greens, drizzle green goddess

8:30
1 egg, 4 whites
1 small onion, hot sauce
coconut oil for cooking

Things I did right today:
1) Only had whey first thing and postworkout - ate real food the rest of the day.
2)Got my workouts in.
3) Hmmm. Really need to get my goal book out and review it, I think!
